A full refund will be given if the consultation is cancelled 72 hours prior to the consultation.

A 75% refund will be given if the consultation is cancelled 48 hours prior to the consultation.

A 50% refund will be given if the consultation is cancelled 24 hours prior to the consultation.

A 25% refund will be given for cancellations on the day of the consultation.

Subject to these terms, we offer refunds on cancellations but not the provision of services.
